About
Who I Am
I'm an Industrial Engineer with a strong analytical foundation and a drive to turn complex data into clear business decisions. I thrive at the intersection of structure and execution — breaking down ambiguous problems, building frameworks, and delivering outcomes that move the needle.
I'm drawn to industries where scale, speed, and precision matter. Currently targeting roles in Energy, Mobile Gaming, and FMCG — with a focus on Product, Supply Chain, Digital Portfolio & Demand Management, and Business Development.

AI-Powered ERP Decision Support — Graduation Project
Capstone project (ENS 491-492, Sabancı University): an interdisciplinary ERP decision-support platform for SMEs, built with an 8-member team. Modeled real business processes in four sectors — retail, logistics, construction, and architecture — with BPMN, structured decision logic, and KPI frameworks; then built an AI conversational ERP assistant on top, using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline over sector-specific ERP knowledge with persistent multi-session chat and a web interface.

ENRG 420 course portfolio: four optimization projects spanning energy hubs, electricity & reserve markets, renewable system resilience, and hydrogen microgrids — built with LP/MILP models in Python.
View 4 Sub-Projects ▾Energy Hub Simulation & Optimization
Modeled a multi-energy hub integrating CHP, heat pump, boiler, and thermal storage. Compared LP vs. MILP formulations and ran scenario analyses on CHP efficiency and capacity reduction to quantify cost and technology-utilization impacts.
View Report →Price-Based Energy & Reserve Market Scheduling
Built a profit-maximizing MILP scheduling model covering thermal generators, renewables, battery storage, and demand response across energy and reserve markets — quantifying the value of binary on/off, startup, and shutdown decisions.
View Report →Renewable System Resilience & Cost Optimization
Developed an LP cost-minimization model in Python (PuLP + CBC) over a 288-hour horizon and stress-tested it across 20 scenarios — quantifying the system value of hydro, demand response, energy efficiency, storage, and EV flexibility.
View Report →Multi-Energy Microgrid with Hydrogen Storage
Optimized a microgrid combining solar, wind, diesel, battery, and hydrogen storage (electrolyzer + fuel cell) with grid trading and emission caps. Benchmarked LP vs. MILP under a low-renewable-availability scenario.
View Report →Optimization & Operations Research
Operations research portfolio: four Gurobi-powered optimization projects covering distribution network design, exact & heuristic routing, facility location, and large-scale asymmetric TSP heuristics — all built in Python.
View 4 Sub-Projects ▾Multi-Commodity Distribution Network Design
Designed a cost-optimal distribution network routing three commodity classes from regional distribution centers to retailers across a 10-node, 16-arc network. Formulated a fixed-charge, capacitated multi-commodity flow MILP in Python/Gurobi — jointly optimizing route activation and pallet flows to deliver the minimum-cost network configuration.
View Report →Route Optimization — Exact & Heuristic TSP
Solved a multi-stop routing problem end-to-end: built a Gurobi MILP with Miller-Tucker-Zemlin subtour elimination for the provably optimal tour, then benchmarked nearest-neighbor construction, Clarke-Wright savings, and 2-opt local search against it — the improved heuristic tour matched the exact optimum.
View Report →Strategic Facility Location & Capacity Planning
Developed a full decision-support workflow for warehouse siting — center-of-gravity screening and total annual cost analysis across candidate regions, a Gurobi MILP to select the best site while re-optimizing shipment flows, and a generalized model with capacity expansion options and unmet-demand penalties.
View Report →Assignment-Based Patching Heuristic for Large-Scale ATSP
Engineered a scalable pipeline for the asymmetric TSP where exact methods become impractical: solves an assignment relaxation with Gurobi, detects subtours, and iteratively merges them via minimum-cost-increase patching — with a pandas/NumPy ingestion layer that auto-cleans cost matrices from unstructured Excel files.
View Report →Kanban Production System — Simulation-Based Optimization
Built an Arena discrete-event simulation to assess how Kanban levels, arrival patterns, and machine repairs affect throughput and WIP. Performed Python-based input analysis and scenario testing to quantify service-level and improvement trade-offs. Includes the full report and the Arena model file.
